Session 1

Introduction

The first session focuses on boat familiarization, basic safety, establishing foundational rowing technique on ergometers, and the essential flip test.

Building Skills

Building on Session 1, participants transfer erg skills to water, focusing on stroke sequence (Pick/Pause Drills), feathering, and basic boat control.
